Age Friendly Workforce Asia 2011 is Asia’s first human capital forum focused on lifelong employability opportunities driven by Asia’s rapidly ageing population of 1.2 billion. AWFA is a two-day event that brings 400 CEOs and HR Directors in Asia-Pacific together to create age-friendly workplace policies and environments that enable companies to effectively manage an ageing workforce.
