RVA New Zealand

The Retirement Villages Association of New Zealand Inc (RVA) is a voluntary membership association for operators of retirement villages in New Zealand and individuals/commercial organisations that work in the retirement villages industry.

The principal aim of the RVA is to represent villages with a shared vision for providing quality services. In order to achieve this aim, the association has a member Code of Practice requiring RVA members to operate their villages in a professional manner and with the highest level of commercial integrity. The Code of Practice is externally audited by Telarc SAI and provides assurance to residents and members that village management is meeting the required standards.

The key areas of work undertaken by the RVA include Lobbying and Representation, Annual conference, Information, Education and Publications for Members, and Bulk Purchasing.

Real Estate Developers' Association Singapore

REDAS is comprised of members from all key property developers of Singapore. Aimed to protect and safeguard the legitimate interests of its members, REDAS is active in making representations to all bodies, public or semi-public in nature, that concern the planning, organisation, promotion, development, financing and administration of businesses in real estate and public utilities.

The association had a unique beginning. In the late Fifties, when the increase in demand for more housing developments become apparent, many companies jumped onto the bandwagon. To safeguard the interests of the public and to prevent malpractice, a group of developers gathered together to initiate the formation of an association.

REDAS's objectives in-corporate emphasis on building better quality properties, mechanisation of building methods and improving existing development schemes for the betterment of our society at large. The Association also aims to serve the interest of its members more effectively without necessarily infringing on the interests of the general public.

Singapore Infocomm Technology Federation (SiTF) is Singapore’s premier infocomm industry association and brings together 400 corporate members from MNCs and local companies. The main charter of the federation is to assist its members in business development, market intelligence, overseas trade missions, networking and alliances.
